TERMS & CONDITIONS
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my flowers or subscription in full, I have secured my place for the respective season.
There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my flowers/subscription once purchased. Subscribers may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s subscription, and the subscription will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original subscriber directly. I understand that Burghblooms does not facilitate such transfers.
I understand that the start of each subscription is flexible and based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that Burghblooms will communicate via email to inform all subscribers of updates and start dates.
I understand that flowers are crops at the mercy of mother nature. In the event that Burghblooms does not have enough product to fill my subscription, I understand that Burghblooms may purchase flowers from other local flower farms to fulfill my subscription.
Receiving Your Subscription
I understand that my subscription will be delivered or picked up according to the schedule that I will be emailed after purchasing. If I am out of town or unable to pick up my subscription for any reason, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to take my bouquet. If I am unable to pick up my subscription or find a substitute to pick it up, I will not receive credit or a refund for any bouquets that I do not pick up.
Delivery is available within 3 miles of Burghblooms (15206), excluding locations downtown. It is my responsibility to provide a safe location for delivery drop off that is sheltered from the elements. Burghblooms is not responsible for the bouquet after it is delivered.
I understand that flowers are a perishable product with a variable vase life of 5-7 days, and all varieties have a different vase life, dependent on care. I understand that all plant products I receive from Burghblooms are for ornamental purposes only. Ingestion by people or animals could result in sickness or death.
Email – Burghblooms uses email to communicate updates and changes. Please ensure that email@example.com is added to your contact list. Burghblooms will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our emails going to your spam folder.
Phone – I understand that Burghblooms may need to contact me via phone regarding my subscription if the information is time-sensitive, or if I am not responsive to attempts to contact me via email.
